How Draftora handles your files, preferences and contact requests.

Updated October 9, 2026 · Kaizun Labs

1. Files and processing

This deployment runs browser tools: images-to-PDF, PDF-to-image, video-to-PowerPoint, and text-to-Word, PowerPoint and CSV. These tools process the selected file or text on your device; the application does not upload that content for processing.

PDF text editing, OCR, Office-to-PDF conversion, text-to-PDF and server PDF utilities are unavailable on this deployment. Their upload controls are disabled.

Draftora does not provide accounts, a permanent document library or collaboration in this release.

2. Document retention

Browser tools keep working content in browser memory while you use the tool. Downloaded files remain on your device until you remove them. This deployment does not create server document sessions or save uploaded documents on a processing server.

Keep your original files. Changing a file, navigating away or closing a tab may discard unfinished work.

3. Preferences and browser storage

Your appearance preference is stored under draftora_theme in local storage when available. You can choose Light, Dark or Follow system in Settings. Clearing site data removes the saved preference.

The service worker caches the app shell and static assets to help previously loaded pages open offline. API requests are excluded. Offline availability depends on the tool and assets that have already loaded.

The application currently has no advertising pixels or optional analytics SDK. Hosting services may still collect request metadata.

4. Hosting and request information

The website is hosted on Vercel. Delivering pages and diagnosing errors can involve request information such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, status codes and technical error details. Hosting retention and access are controlled by the provider and deployment configuration.

Browser processing does not mean browsing generates no network requests: the app still loads pages, libraries, fonts and static assets.

5. Email and external links

Contact links open your email application or Gmail. A message is sent only when you choose to send it. Kaizun Labs uses the information you provide to respond to your inquiry; email providers handle the message under their own policies.

Do not include confidential documents or passwords in a bug report. Kaizun Labs, LabDraft, Gmail and other external websites have their own policies. Following a link does not share your selected document through Draftora.

6. Your choices and policy updates

You can clear browser site data, remove downloaded files, choose not to select a document, or contact us about information you sent by email. Describe the request without sending additional sensitive material.

We may update this policy when features or processing arrangements change. The date above identifies the current version. Read the terms & conditions for use of the service.
