These terms explain how you may use Draftora Labs, a document tool provided by Kaizun Labs. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

1. The service
Draftora provides document conversion and PDF tools. This deployment provides tools that process documents in your browser. PDF editing, OCR, Office-to-PDF conversion and other server tools are unavailable here. Features and supported formats may change. No account or permanent document library is provided.
2. Your files and permission to use them
You retain ownership of your documents and generated output. You are responsible for having permission to process the files you select and for ensuring your use respects other people’s rights and applicable law. Selecting a file does not transfer its ownership to Kaizun Labs.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, upload malicious files, interfere with its operation, bypass processing limits or attempt to access another person’s documents or systems. We may restrict access to protect the service or respond to abuse.
4. Check your output
Document formats, fonts and browser support vary. Conversion may change layout or omit unsupported content. Keep a copy of the original and inspect downloaded files before sharing, submitting or relying on them. Draftora is not a substitute for professional review of legal, financial or other important documents.
5. Temporary work and limits
Unsaved work can be lost when you close a tab, refresh the page or clear browser data. Download your results before leaving. File-size, page and processing limits are shown by the tools and may be adjusted.
6. Privacy and other websites
Our Privacy policy describes file processing, local preferences and hosting data. Links to Gmail, Kaizun Labs and LabDraft open separate services with their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, support for every document or error-free output. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kaizun Labs is not responsible for loss arising from unavailable service, unsupported formats or your failure to keep and review your own files. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version; changes apply from publication. For questions, privacy requests or reports of a problem, use the contact details below.
